• Blue Heron is a great yoga studio. The teachers are all very knowledgable and enthusiastic. They take extra care to cater to any injury. I have a bad shoulder and they always offer options to allow me to participate fully without further aggravating the old injury. I am particulaly impressed with how they make you feel comfortable whatever your yoga level. The place is a gem and I would recommend it unreservedly to anyone.

• Very accommodating for last minute scheduling. My massage therapist took the time to thoroughly assess what I liked and what I needed (not always the same) and gave an excellent massage.

• I almost don't want to share what a good massage therapist John is because I am afraid that once the secret is out I won't be able to get in to see him! But to be fair, over the last 20 years I have seen over 25+ massage therapists - some only once but some for many years. John is by far the best therapist I have ever worked with... and by therapist I mean he works out my chronic issues and makes me feel healthier. While I am sure that he would do great with someone who just wants a "relaxing" massage his expertise in my opinion is in providing an amazing "therapeutic" massage. Getting the kinks out and really making a true difference in my quality of life and those in my family who he has also worked on. My Mom is planning her visit to DC this fall around her appointments with him, and my FIL said that he would be willing to drive back from Indiana just for a massage from John.
