• Unfortunately, I have forgotten my therapists name, but I got a pregnancy massage and she did a great job. I came in with normal pregnancy aches and pains and from my experience with massages, the more you hurt, the more painful your massage will be. But I knew the next day, I would be a new women and I was. It's been about a month since my massage and I have not tensed up as bad as I was when I went. Her techniques were very effective.

• Our entire team of 12 made a trip to Blue Heron Wellness. First, I must say how appreciative we are that our group was accommodated for not only a one-hour yoga session with Rachel (who was awesome!), but also for mini acupuncture and neck/back massages as well. We truly enjoyed the ambiance. The facility was clean and smelled wonderful, and the customer service truly made us feel welcome. We definitely recommend seeking out any of the services offered with Blue Heron. You won't be disappointed!
