• I have been going to Blue Heron to get a massage for almost a year and I have never been disappointed. The place is very clean and relaxing.I love the waiting area. I mostly get Stephany when I go there and she is great! I strongly recommend Blue Heron to anyone!

• My search for getting back to "me" turned up the Courage and Creativity workshop at the Blue Heron Wellness Center. Here, through mediation and yoga movements guided by Tanory, a absolutely wonderful and patient instructor, as well as the creation of a personal canvas piece, I focused on mE and not my many responsibilities and next steps. I feel Light. I am grateful for this conduit through which a renewed energy began to flow.

• My Daughter and I were so impressed with the teacher, Shari Weber , that I have already paid for a month's worth of classes and I am almost certain that she will also join classes . The studio is wonderful and the staff is so helpful. I strongly recommend it to any one who would like to reduce the stress in their lives, plus getting great 'exercise routine".

• Have tried several yoga classes and they are uniformly excellent. For older yogis and yoginis, I recommend the Yin Yoga as well as Gentle Yoga. The TGIF Yoga on Friday nights is very relaxing.
