• Blue Heron's studios are clean and spacious. I have attended several yoga classes and am deeply impressed with the instructors and also with the friendliness and politeness of the students. All the staff are extremely helpful. I have also had a massage which was wonderful! The masseuse also gave me tips on stretches to help with pain and mobility. Blue Heron is an amazing haven from the stresses of everyday life!

• I had a 90 minute massage with Yohannes. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. He was able to pinpoint the cause of the pain in my right hip and leg, and did his magic to release the tight muscles.
