• Love the proximity of the studio to my home; i walk to and from class; the studio is clean and inviting; love the photos on the walls and a nice selection of wellness products on the shelves; love my teacher, Lauren, who never makes me feel small for missing a step; she always tell students to put safety and personal enjoyment of practice before perfection; she suggests modifications or invites us to try a more challenging variation and lets us know that she is available to assist if we need her. It is just a very positive experience, challenging, sweat inducing, but relaxing in the end. I appreciate having Blue Heron in my neighborhood. Thank you!
