• Because of the massage. I was upset when I got there because I was told I did not have an appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks prior. I had even called to confirm the appointment the day before. All I got from the staff was I'm sorry. The person that was scheduled for my time slot kindly changed his appointment. I will double check my next appointment but if I have another problem I will not return. Your staff made the mistake and I was going to be turned away. Bad business experience
