  • Noel (sp?) made my eyebrows look so much better and was able to shape them how I wanted! She was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Would definitely recommend Blue Dove, especially for eyebrow waxing with Noel. (I apologize if I spelled the name incorrectly!)
