• I had a very nice experience. Massage and facial were great and also really enjoyed the pedicure and Lauren accommodating my need to return later in the day after I messed up my polish. Only feedback that I have is that I thought the Express package of three, 30 minute services would get me out of there in approximately an hour and a half (give or take). I was actually there for almost 3 hours due at least partially to a delay waiting for the pedicure. Thankfully I had the time, but if I had been on a tighter schedule this would have caused a problem. Better print communication about the time involved would probably be appreciated by potential clients. Just wanted to mention.
