• The spa was very clean. I was asked to sanitize my hands before entering which made me aware of they are on top of germs. Jakob gave me an amazing massage. He took the lotion off of my feet so I was not sliding everywhere trying to walk and left hot towels on them. I was able to take a shower, a very clean shower stall, after the massage to allow me not to feel greasy putting my clothes back on. Katie was very helpful because I wanted to know what shampoo you have in the shower. Overall definitely a 10 experience!!!!
