• Definitely felt like a high quality salon experience. However, I would strongly recommend correcting whatever new website is being used to book when a client receives a promotional link… it advertised 10% off and said the price would be $40-something… it clearly didn’t take into account the price level of the higher stylists. I ended up paying over $70. He was exceptional and worth it, so I didn’t make a stink about it, but quite a disappointment when I went to pay. The receptionist was very nonchalant, stating it calculates it wrong sometimes, but I fear not all clients would be as understanding as I was

• I was pleasantly greeted by Katie, waited only a few minutes for Krista to also greet me and invite me to join her in the pedi room. She was very careful with my left leg...6 weeks since total knee replacement, also took extra care with a toe with an ingrown nail and we exchanged dialog during the pedi. A pleasant hour completed with Katie and I booking my next appointment.
