• My friend and I took a private aerial class and had so much fun! The instructor explained everything and demonstrated a lot of the postures for us to make sure we could safely and easily attempt them. She chose a fun little playlist and had really nice energy. That girl exuded joy! I really hope I can make this a regular thing as it was a very fun hour and my back, butt and obliques are even a little sore today! Yay!
