• My daughter was upset they charged her $20 extra for long hair with no advance notice. She goes to Dry Bar and that's not the case and her operator took no longer than 35 minutes to do her so it shouldn't have been an extra $20

• I really liked the way Alica washed my hair and blow dried it with the special Kevin Murphy oil . She was very knowledge and explained step by step everything she was planning to do to my hair. I am very happy with how my hair looks. Samantha the receptionist was very friendly. Samantha and Alica thanked me many times and were appreciative of my business. The manager was not friendly .
