• My stylist, Morgan (aka Ashley) actually listened to what I was looking for and believed me when I said that my hair doesn't hold a style very well. She didn't take that comment as some type of insult or undervaluing of her talents (as your other competitors have in the past). She offered the idea of not washing my hair, gave me instructions on the types of products that are best for my situation and she was a total delight to talk to. I can already think of a handful of times I will come back for her services in the next few months. Thank you!
