• I booked hair (upstyle) but not makeup. The salon looked busy but my stylist kindly booked me a makeup appointment and fitted me in somehow. I was seated immediately and offered a drink on arrival. Leo was attentive, listened to what I wanted, was warm, welcoming and worked quickly and with confidence. Andrea was kind, reassuring and we had a lovely conversation. The salon looks lovely and was full.of laughter. Clients obviously comfortable, enjoying themselves and happy to be there. The lookbooks are very helpful too. And I was a new person in an hour! With three kids, time is if the essence for me.
