• I think (but could be wrong) the previous people who worked there or owned it had a change in personnel.I spoke to a person who was, upbeat, calm, considerate and professional. I appreciated the calls back to me from the staff. However, the previous stylist did a good job on my hair at Blow and Glow (even though it was on short notice ).... Sorry I missed my appointment and did not have the chance to call and cancel (due to a personal issue).. Thank you, Sharon
