• Loved the consultation. He immediately touched my hair, looked at my inspiration pictures, and asked what exactly I liked about them. He also checked in continuously and gave helpful tips about my hair texture throughout. Conversation was easy and he was very personable. I also loved the fact that they actually double shampooed!
