THE TREATMENT PROCESS

One great thing about this body wrap as opposed to other wraps is that it goes over your clothes (be sure to bring a change of clothes with you - you will be drenched afterwards).Each session is typically 50 minutes and the person receiving treatment can relax to our relaxing spa music or bring their own music.It is recommended that you consume plenty of water before, during and after the treatment because it is similar to working out and you will be sweating.We recommend drinking at least half to your full body weight in ounces of water.
