The stylist was good! But the chairs at the sink basin were extremely uncomfortable. They didn't have the proper neck support at all. It was really unexpectedly bad. Have experience in a lot of chairs bc I get my hair done every 8 weeks and this was the worst wash basin experience I've ever had
