I'm giving 10 to the hairstylist/ Marisol is fantastic! Booking the appointment was not a great situation. I booked it with a phone call and then they called me back and said come 15 minutes early and it was not necessary because she was still working so there seems to be a communication gap between the actual location and the headquarters that answers the phone
