Kyle was fantastic and delivered a perfect blowout. My only negative was that you have your tip preset to 18%. I think it's the client's choice to selecthow much they want to give. I personally don't understand why I would tip on tax. The action of having to decline your suggested amount ended the service on a negative note for me. I tipped fairly but left the salon feeling bad. It's not how you want to end the CX. I will still come back of course because it had nothing to do with Kyle's service which was excellent. But, it would be better if I felt that way about the cashing out experience as well.
