My stylist was clearly VERY skilled at styling hair like mine, which is quite thick. She listened to what I wanted, made great suggestions, and executed flawlessly. I think her name is Ulie? She also repeated some of the things I had mentioned up front at the end of the appointment (ie. 'this will look great with your vintage dress') which was a reminder that she was listening and paying attention. Fantastic experience.
