• My hairstylist was great! I loved my blowdry. There was one major problem: my appointment timing was changed the day before so I had to adjust another appointment. I was running late, so I called ahead to let the salon know I would be 10 mins late. When I arrived, the stylist initially refused my appointment saying she wouldn’t have enough time to complete it. I had to argue and insist that I would be quick. I felt like the call ahead was not communicated. This left a sour taste in my mouth about the experience.
