• Stylist was very easygoing and talented. I usually go to the same stylist each time but I'm happy to learn that there is someone else who can blow dry my hair too just in case the stylist I like has taken a day off. I was a little nervous but when she started washing my hair I could tell from the pressure of her hands that I was in good hands. Hair looked awesome but what I really liked about the stylist was that she was humble and understood that I was a little nervous that my regular stylist was not there. She wasn't upset that I was a little scared that she was going to blow dry my hair. Hair totally rocked!

• The concept is wonderful in that it provides convenience for the busy life. In my case, I had hand surgery and do not have the strength or mobility yet,so the assistance from one of your wonderful colleagues is such a great help.
