• Carlos was amazing! The whole team that helped me, my sister, mom and future sister-in-law on Saturday, January 5th was amazing. The weather was horrible but the team made sure we were taken care by providing hair caps. We had such a fun morning with all the stylist, thank you!!

• I received fantastic service. I arrived early for my appointment and the staff was able to accommodate me right away. It was a super rainy day and the stylist Jahaira worked with me to choose a style that would have the best chance of surviving the storm (2 days later and it's still going strong), and even sent me off with a shower cap to preserve it on the blustery walk to the car. I'm super appreciative to the team for the whole experience.

• Stylist was fantastic, but, place was small for the amount of customers. Everyone was awesome , but, there was a slight wait. Of course, it was New Year's Eve day. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PRODUCT , stylist, awesome!!!! And, desk people very nice, too, just a crowded day.
