• The service was great but when I arrived there were two stylists with no client and I was sitting waiting 7 or 10 mins after my appointment time I asked when will my service start and the gal had to figure it out. Seems to me they should do that earlier. My stylist who I did get is my preferred anyway, but the wait with no explanation at first was weird and actually unnecessary
