• The two ladies that did my blowouts yesterday and today were amazing! A little abrasive start today with the manager having an old card on file and demanding my card be put on my file the second I stepped inside the door. It doesn't set a chill/relaxing tone coming into the visit! I understand there is a policy. A more welcoming and relaxing approach would have been cool. The last time I used the salon was 4 years ago (as I am from out of town) and a new card needs to be on file for policy. No problem! The thing was just odd on the immediate request as I am walking in the door because she was rushed to leave. Mangers manic approach was a little off putting. Day prior there was no issues with scheduling and coming in for the visit! Made it relaxing and good experience. Everyone else was so nice!! 10 stars for the stylists!
