• Yes. I would've given a 10 but I've had a duplicate account since the beginning. The last person I worked with said she fixed that. I found this time I still had a duplicate account which created some problems. And also they couldn't find my correct account becausemy last name was spelled wrong, even though I clearly spelled it letter by letter and had the person read it back to me when I set it up.
