• Holy is fantastic! Just a quick suggestion: kindly inform your receptionist that not all stylists, as she recommended, can manage thick hair. I understand she was following professional protocol, but last time, it led to unsatisfactory results. I still tipped 20%, as the stylist was wonderful, but leaving with subpar hair isn't the experience I expect from your salon. This occurred on 12/20 around 6 pm. The new stylist who took over was great, and I have no complaints. Going forward, it would be beneficial for your newer staff to be aware so that clients with challenging hair types are directed to stylists who can handle the task.
