• My hair is thick, textured and getting longer. It is an absolute chore to blow out and Cassie made it feel effortless. She didn't complain about how thick my hair was or get lazy in the last stretch. Her attitude was a 10, her skill set was a 10 (I've done many blowouts where not enough tension was applied and it was just a frizz show) and her patience was a 10.
