• I had an amazing first experience! I came from out of state and was so happy to find BLO/Out to get my hair and makeup done for a family wedding. Everyone was very friendly since the moment I walked in the door. Gina did an incredible job on my makeup- it lasted the entire day/night and could’ve gone even longer! Megan did a great job on my hair as well! Wish I lived in philly so I could visit all the time!
