• I love BLO/OUT bar so much. I go about twice a month and they always do a great job. The stylists work with what I want and my hair always turns out better than I had hoped for. The stylists have also given me tips to keep my hair healthy. I am so happy I have BLO/OUT bar in my life :) !!
