• My appointment was for 1:30. I came in and checked in; I sat and waited for 25 minutes. The person who did check me in took another customer who came in after me. As a courtesy I should have been informed of the delay. I would have been okay with that information. A simple acknowledgement for my wait would have been so appreciated. Other than that it was great!
