• Sylvia is top notch! She does a perfect blow out every time. She doesn't over rough dry, she creates smooth shiny hair. She SECTIONS the hair before drying. She just really is consistent. She's also sweet and pleasant. My hair is exactly the same every time she does it and I love knowing it will turn out great. I can trust how it will look if I'm going somewhere after!
