• The appointment before me (mine was at 515) was running a few minutes late and I had a Christmas party to go to soon after so we had to change up the details of my appointment a bit. Ava was SO understanding and apologetic (though I always understand hairdressers running late, it's OK! No apology necessary) - she was phenomenal: flexible, positive, conversational, and quick. I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much Ava. I appreciate it!
