• The gals are always so good to me, and skilled in thier jobs. My head was nearly scaled this last appointment, when the water heat turned up. I yelled. She was so sensitive, and asked me at least 4x if I was ok. It was beyond her control, as it's happened before all by itself. I suggested that the owner learn this so she/they can add temperature governors. I've really never had a bad experience in the two years I've been coming in!
