My stylist was lovely and did an excellent job! The only reason I rated the experience 9 vs 10 is that the other person in the salon was talking loudly on her phone (with ear buds) from the time I arrived through most of my appointment. This won't normally bother me if it was a brief call but it was long and very loud.
