The service I received at this location was great...I will say that it was a stressful experience getting there though. I was visiting from the prairies and I booked online. I knew I booked King Street, but when I clicked my confirmation email from downtown, I was directed to a different location. When I arrived and that location was closed, I had to scramble to figure out what the issue was. I arrived almost a half hour late to the right location and they didn't think they would be able to accommodate me :(. In the end they were lovely and they did, but you need to fix this in your booking system. I clicked the link in different locations while in Toronto and depending where I was in the city, it took me to a different blo location. The confirmation text I received didn't even have the address in it, so that would have been helpful as well. Just a suggestion to make the experience a little smoother. Thank you!
