My blow dry specialist was incredible. She managed to give me the most amazing blow dry even though I had to be on the phone the whole time. She was enthusiastic and supportive and gave me the best deal possible for the event that I needed to go to

1) It was faster than my places at home (Alberta) have ever done. 2) my hair felt AMAZING after (so so so soft) 3) she gave me an adorable braid that I usually don't like when ppl do 4) she was extremely nice 5) and your $80/month membership deal made me so jealous I've considered moving to Ontario just so I can take advantage of it!!! I told your receptionist. Calgary has NOTHING like this - which has always blown me away (as I'm from Toronto) - you guys should open up some stores here ASAP! You'd make a killing!!
