Where do I start ??? Rebecca was amazing ... very professional ... took time to access my needs and had a sincere desire to make my hair look amazing .. which she did !! She was incredibly customer driven and kind and helpful ! I had the same experience with Shannon the Mgr a week ago .. also SUPER !!!!.. the decor is stunning but also very peaceful / spa like and upscale ... I have noticed a difference since ownership changed just in the " vibe" and I have already gone out of my way to tell people about Blo . Thank you !

This was my first time at Blo. The overall experience was so relaxing and the space is beautiful. The salon was very flexible in scheduling...Shannon got me inon short notice and even called me to let me know she'd had a cancellation and could come in early. I had called that morning to see if I was able to come inwas very friendly and professional. She listened to what I wanted and everything came out beautifully. She made me feel important and beautiful. It's so nice toearlier than my appointment but at that time she was fully booked. She took the time to call me and let me know that I could which made me feel valued. Shannonhave a found a place that does blow outs and makeup. I was struggling to find that. I will definitely be back and recommend Blo to my friends and family. Thankyou!
