I choose this score because my stylists had the best of best customer service, she had me in and out. And for the first time in a longtime I walked out of a hair salon with happy results and I didn't even have to touch up my hair when I got home. She upsaled me and she is just the best of the best! I'm always going to book my appointment when she is there working. She took great care of me and offered me a beverage made me feel very welcomed and she made herself a loyal customer
