• One word Jessie. It has been a few years since I've been to Blo Houston, not for any reason, but mainly distance. When my daughter asked to have her hair blown out for HOCO, I remembered Jessie and they did not disappoint. Jessie took the time to ask my daughter what look she wanted to achieve, suggested a deep conditioner and provided guidance on how to get her hair ready before the dance. We are grateful to Jessie for helping our daughter feel and look great for senior homecoming. Thank you
