• I arrived 8 minutes late and could tell that my stylist was upset that I was late. However, I explained that I thought I had a 10-minute window to get to the salon. However, another customer arrived 7 minutes late and was not given the cold shoulder like I was. It was just not a very warm experience initially (especially for it being my first time) but I loved how my hair turned out.
