• Great service, staff are kind and friendly. Penny does a great job thoroughly washing my hair. And she's simply the best hairstylist in the city. I love how she cut my top layers and created more fullness and gave a better shape to my hairstyle.

• my hairstylist made me feel comfortable through the entire process. we had such fun conversations, but I also felt like I didn't have to talk the whole time, which was really nice. at the end, he let me get dressed in the bathroom as I was running late and helped button me up and polish my hair before I was out the door. I will definitely be back
