• I was a little nervous at first because when I arrived to my appointment at 8:15am the lights were off and the sign stated closed. But I called and the lady was waiting for me. I thought I had signed up for the toner highlight extended as I even put in the notes that I had long hair and thick. But I guess it did not reflect in the system. Well, it looked like the lady was not to happy as she had a full day booked. I was a little nervous as I didn't know if she was going to do a rush job or still take the time to complete my hair. I loved my hair after she was completed. My highlights no longer looked yellow and the way she styled my hair looked beautiful. I was very pleased. I will definitely recommend friends and family to try BLO.
