• I would but the service isn't consistent. I keep coming back for Laura. She is excellent. Always on time. Gives the best shampoo knows what I like how I like it. Does not push products. She takes time to do the best job each and every time Sundays seem to be challenging bc once you make an appt they can chg any time who you are going to get. I have had that happen twice. Once they didn't have me on the schedule and I said no. I'm there. I called in myself just this morning. It's just annoying that you make an appt for someone you chose and you .chg that on a whim to whom you think fits the schedule better. I will never make an appt on line bc you can specify who you want but that does not happen even people waiting to be seen have said that. The service you offer is great pls don't get me wrong. It's a big convenience. But it's also an expensive pleasure. I choose to spend my money with you for a service and that is with Laura. Not to take anything away from everyone else you have there. I have seen them in action. Doing amazing things. Being behind but working together to get everyone their service. I was not going to say anything but you asked for more. I would fine tune what you have I would make sure everyone knows how to give a good shampoo Don't just chg peoples appts at the spur of the moment.
