• Kira is so sweet and very good. However, I seem to have a real problem getting the stylists at the Highland Village location and your location the want LOTS of volume. I do not wear my hair flat at all nor do I part my hair. I explained this in detail prior to appointment to person who took my call, and ASSURED me Kira was my girl. She did a nice job with some things, but I need MORE product to achieve the volume (think sexy old-Hollywood), with my style. The volume falls on the second day, but with a lot of volume on first day it will provide a base for me to work with to achieve the desired volume for several days. If not, it falls flat - as it did within a couple of hours after being styled.
