Great customer service from the young lady at the front desk to the wonderful lady who did my hair. Best hairwash I've ever had and most importantly I did not feel rushed at any point. Since I will certainly treat myself again to this experience I hope that this type of service does not go downhill at any point. I intend to give a few gift certificate to BLO in future,
