I loved the outcome if both my hair and makeup and loved both people, although I can't remember their names. I guess I didn't give a 10 because I'm a tough grader. Also because I bought a lipstick and when I opened it in the car the entire stick fell out of the tube into my lap. Also it's not super geographically convenient.
