• Kajal was fantastic and did a wonderful job on my hair. She was gentle and thorough. One point I didn't like was that she dropped the hair brush she was using on my hair on the floor and picked it up and used it again on my hair. My hair salon back home would have replaced the brush with a clean one. Also, I felt the front desk could have been more welcoming to someone new to their store. I would always ask if an unfamiliar customer has been there before or not and then explain what the store had to offer. Offer specific by names what drinks or snacks they would like to have, like would you love some water, tea or coffee? I saw a guest with Champaign. Was that an option? Was that for purchase? I would have loved a glass. But I didn't know either way. I have never been to blow dry bar and didn't know what all was offered or what they can do. I did grab a menu. I would have loved to add on some service if it was available (time permitting) to add on. Maybe there was no time. Some suggestions would have been nice too for now or next time. Anyhow, I'm visiting from out of town and if I'm ever in town again, I would come back to visit.
