• This visit was so much better than last time. She did a really great job! All of my visits have been great except for one. On my last visit (11/15 4:30 pm) the stylist (don't know his name) was not good, he didn't seem to have much experience and took a very long time. In fact, another stylist came over to help him finish my blowout because they heard me on the phone telling my nail salon I was running late for my nail appointment. And the end product was not good either – I even asked to borrow a round brush when I was checking out so I could try to make it look somewhat presentable. Parts of my hair were still damp, and not straightened – still quite wavy underneath and in certain sections in the back. And there was really no "style" to my hair at all. In fact I had to redo it when I got home because it was still wavy underneath & in some back sections, and there wasn't any style to my hair at all. I was too upset at the time while also running late for my next appointment to say anything, but I think they knew I was not happy. And I was going to visit my mother in the hospital that night so I didn't bother following up at the time. If you could look and see what his name was and put a note on my account that I do not want to have him as my stylist for any future appointments, I would appreciate it.
